What’s Included?
Our Tailor-made Vacation Packages generally include the following:
- An initial consultation by phone, skype or FaceTime – this usually takes about an hour but we’ll take all the time needed to gather the necessary upfront information)
- 1-2 detailed day-to-day trip itineraries/proposals for your approval – any requested revisions can be made until you are 100% satisfied with your itinerary
- Recommendations and reservations of all your accommodations, transportation, tours, guides and other desired activities (such as cooking lessons or wine tastings)
- Plus your customized Travel Packet which contains your detailed day-to-day itinerary with contact information and any necessary instructions, suggested restaurants and “on your own” excursions, and our “Helpful Hints Guide” for Italy and your specific destinations.
- Endless consultation/guidance for creating the best itinerary for you and your travel companions and access to a member of our team during your travels
What is the cost?
As each trip we plan is completely customized and different from another, pricing varies and we cannot provide you with an exact quote upon request. We ask if you have a specific budget in mind, to please let us know in your request form or initial email.
A €250 itinerary planning fee is due upfront for the consultation and itinerary (or itineraries) planned. This fee is non-refundable but put toward the overall cost of your vacation package not in addition to. A great deal of time and research goes into creating your vacation package. Should you decide to take our proposal elsewhere or book the trip yourself, the itinerary planning fee is kept for services rendered.
