Florence For Foodies

On this excursion you’ll get the perfect introduction to Florence though the city’s best local food stores, restaurants and wine bars. Our tour begins at a delightful food store specializing in Truffles. Enjoy a glass of Prosecco with a truffle Panini and continue with a tasting of artisan chocolate. Later, we stop by an Olive Oil boutique to taste balsamic vinegar and learn about Extra Virgin Olive Oil. On Florence for Foodies you’ll enjoy the history of Florentine and regional cuisine as we walk along small alley and typical quarters. Other tastings include ‘the best gelato in town!’ and wine at Chianti Classico Estates wine bar where we taste a selection of focaccia bread and enjoy a glass of famous Chianti.
