Lerici, Portovenere & The Gulf of Poets

Lerici is known as the “Pearl of the Gulf of Poets” with its commanding fortress, quaint harbor and “tromp d’oeil” buildings. We consider Portovenere the top “Gem of Ligurian” with its dramatic position upon the sea and lively culture still characteristic on an old seafaring village protecting itself from pirates! We will “connect” the two with a short boat ride from Lerici to Portovenere and lots of fun stories and sights in between. This tour starts only from Lerici.
