Cooking & Eating “Ligurian Style”

July & August lessons begin at 5:00 PM,
April, May, June, September & October lessons begin 10:30 AM.

Journey to a lovely village “casa” overlooking the Mediterranean Sea where you will learn to create and enjoy Ligurian cuisine. The 3 hour lesson is given by the fabulous Rossella, one of the most incredible cooks to bless Italian soil! (Note: translation in English is provided so you won’t be lost!) The lesson is followed by a 4-5 course meal prepared by the class. The dishes are delicious, healthy and simple to make when you return home.
