Cooking With Mamma “Amalfitana Style”

High up on the hills of the Amalfi Coast is the ever beautiful village of Ravello where our Italian “mamma” is waiting to take you on an unforgettable gastronomic adventure! Upon arrival you will be welcomed with a piece of Mamma’s world famous lemon cake (made with fresh lemons grown in her garden!), then you will enjoy a 3-hour demonstration cooking class that includes lots of yummy tastings of olive oils, sauces, local cheeses, mamma’s own fruits and vegetables and more. Then, after your lesson, you get enjoy the “fruits of your labor” with a sublime lunch served on the terrace overlooking the Mediterranean sea below.
